Manager Mauricio Pochettino is raving over Raheem Sterling’s performance in Chelsea’s 4-1 victory over Burnley earlier today at Turf Moor.

In an interview with the BBC, Mauricio Pochettino was keen to highlight Raheem Sterling’s contributions to Chelsea’s three goals, including their third of the match.
It was the winger’s third goal of the year, following his two goals he scored against Luton Town in August.

Pochettino’s club has now won back-to-back games in the Premier League for the first time this season.
Raheem Sterling has Mauricio Pochettino very happy right now.
After the game, Sterling’s coach, Pochettino, acknowledged his satisfaction with the player’s performance, saying: “I think he needs to feel the net and he is a player with experience who can bring a really nice thing for the club.

After earning a penalty and scoring later, he contributed to the first goal, an own goal.He has a lot to offer the team because he is an experienced player.

    A letter to Gareth Southgate.

Sterling was not a member of either the most recent England team or the one before it.
But Southgate’s performance against Burnley served as a reminder of his potential.
Many people may question Southgate’s decision not to bring up the 28-year-old, who cost Chelsea £50 million when he moved from Manchester City in 2022, if the Three Lions struggle during this international break.
Sterlng wasn’t in great shape before Burnley’s triumph. He hadn’t scored since Luton’s victory, though.
However, he performed admirably today, and if he can continue playing at this level, he will stand a good chance of being called up to the England team.
At least Chelsea won’t have to worry about their wide player getting hurt before a critical match against Arsenal when the Premier League resumes following this most recent round of international action.

On Monday night, the Blues defeated Fulham to resume their winning ways.
Four quality attackers have reportedly been identified by Chelsea’s recruiting team for the forthcoming transfer windows.Mauricio Pochettino had to cope with injury issues and wastefulness at the start of his time at Stamford Bridge, and he has yet to find a solid answer up front.
Armando Broja made his own case on Monday night by scoring the second goal in Chelsea’s 2-0 victory over Fulham. He did this while making his first Chelsea start in almost a year.Mykhaylo Mudryk, who had just scored his first Premier League goal, was an equally surprise goal scorer.
Prior to the commencement of the encounter at Craven Cottage, Chelsea had only scored five goals in its first six league games of the season. Also causing concern are Christopher Nkunku’s injury and summer signing Nicolas Jackson’s poor performance.
According to CaughtOffside, the Blues have reportedly added four strikers to their list of prospective acquisitions in order to seal a huge deal next summer.

Victor Osimhen is regarded as the best alternative after a challenging few weeks at Napoli and might attempt to force his way out of Serie A.After the Nigerian’s attorney threatened to sue the Azzurri over an insulting TikTok video the team made, the social media executive resigned.
Osimhen’s desire to play in the Premier League is well known. Before they opted to recruit Rasmus Hojlund, he was closely associated with Manchester United throughout the summer.
According to reports, Ivan Toney is also on Chelsea’s hit list.In the Premier League last season, only Harry Kane and Erling Haaland scored more goals than the Brentford striker, who recently changed agents in an apparent effort to test his skills at a higher level.

Stamford Bridge is rumored to be interested in Brighton’s outstanding young midfielder Evan Ferguson. The 18-year-old has four goals this season in a little over 300 minutes of top-flight play, and many believe he will continue to develop and have a prosperous career.
Santiago Gimenez is thought to be the fourth and final name under consideration. The 22-year-old, an Argentinean native who represents Mexico internationally, has scored frequently since relocating to Europe last year.
This season, Gimenez has scored 10 goals in the Eredivisie, averaging more than one goal per game. This astonishing number was aided by his spectacular hat-trick last week against Ajax in the rivalry encounter.
