Jack Grealish addressed allegations that he taunted Fluminense players by shouting ‘Ole’ after Manchester City’s Club World Cup victory. Manchester City secured a 4-0 win over Fluminense, yet the match ended in discord as Felipe Melo and Kyle Walker engaged in a heated altercation.
Melo claimed that Grealish disrespected Fluminense by chanting ‘Ole’ at the end of the game. He defended Martinelli, asserting that he was protecting the player from Grealish’s actions.
However, Grealish refuted these claims on social media, stating, “I never uttered ‘Ole’.”
Manchester City’s upcoming fixtures include a match against Everton in the Premier League on December 27, followed by hosting Sheffield United on December 30.
