Football manager Pep Guardiola expressed his desire to manage a national team before he ends his career.
While Guardiola’s contract with the Premier League extends until 2025, he remains open to the possibility of another deal.
He has previously been linked to managerial positions with Brazil, England, and the United States. Currently 53 years old, Guardiola has now confirmed his aspiration to lead a national team in a major tournament.
Speaking to ESPN Brasil, Guardiola stated that coaching a national team for either the World Cup or the European Championship is something he desires.
When asked which country he would prefer to manage, Guardiola admitted uncertainty, emphasizing that the national team, like a club, must express interest in having him as their coach.
