Manchester City’s struggles continued in their latest Premier League game against Brighton & Hove Albion.
Heading into this match, City was on a three-game losing streak, a slump they hadn’t faced since 2018.
Erling Haaland put Pep Guardiola’s side ahead with a goal in the 23rd minute, and they held their lead into the second half.
However, Brighton scored twice in a five-minute span in the second half, allowing Fabian Hurzeler’s side to complete their comeback and hand another defeat to the reigning champions.
Despite the loss, Guardiola had high praise for one player who performed well against the Seagulls, though City’s losing streak continued.
