🚨NEWS: Exclusive: Pochettino’s Shocking Transfer Plans Revealed! Chelsea to Axe Star Wingers After Disappointing Season 💥 Who’s In, Who’s Out? plans to sell two underperforming players from Chelsea during the upcoming summer transfer window! 🙀

Mauricio Pochettino has reportedly communicated with Todd Boehly about his intention to offload two underperforming players from Chelsea in the upcoming summer transfer window. The disappointing 23-24 season has seen Chelsea languishing in ninth place in the Premier League, a far cry from their expected position.

Pochettino and his coaching staff attribute a portion of the team’s struggles to the lackluster performances of key players, particularly wingers Raheem Sterling and Mykhailo Mudryk. Despite Mudryk’s £88 million price tag in 2023, he has only mustered six goals and three assists in 33 games this season, failing to live up to expectations. Similarly, Sterling, though more seasoned, has faced criticism with eight goals and eight assists in 38 appearances across all competitions.

In response, Chelsea is reportedly contemplating strengthening their winger options, with Athletic Bilbao’s Nico Williams among the potential targets for a summer transfer.

Pochettino’s frustrations were palpable following Chelsea’s recent draw with Sheffield United, where he voiced concerns about the team’s inconsistency, especially against weaker opponents. He underscored the necessity for maturity and cohesion within the squad, recognizing the challenges of integrating new players and fostering team chemistry.

Despite the setbacks, Pochettino stressed a long-term vision for Chelsea’s progression, prioritizing the construction of a unified and competitive team over time. He underscored the significance of assessing the team’s performance at season’s end and strategically acquiring players to address any deficiencies.

In essence, Pochettino’s approach underscores a dedication to sustained excellence and establishing a framework for Chelsea’s enduring competitiveness in the future.
